Charlie Jackson was a minor character in Power. He was affiliated with Joe Proctor. In Season 3, Proctor paid Charlie to hold the elevator to find out who the high-valued federal witness was which turned out to be Vibora Ruiz. In Season 4, Charlie gave Proctor intel about the Feds opening argument regarding the St. Patrick vs. Greg Knox murder case. In Season 6, Tommy ordered Proctor to get Charlie involved with the kidnapping of Alicia Jimenez in order for her to be killed. Charlie drugged Alicia's glass of water in the courtroom and he was also wire-transferred $10,000 for this act. Charlie was later held at gunpoint by 2-Bit and forcred to call Proctor to find his location which was ordered by initially ordered by Tommy so that he would kill Proctor snitching. 2-Bit then kills Charlie after saying that he is a loose end in Proctor's murder.

Alicia Jimenez: Shot to death by Jason Micic. Tommy instrcuted Proctor to have Charlie drug Alicia's drink in court in order for her to be broken out of federal custody so that Tommy can deliver her to Jason. Charlie was paid $10,000 for his part of the plan.
Joe Proctor: Shot to death by Tommy Egan. Charlie gave up Proctor's location to 2-Bit, which was ordered by Tommy so that he could track Proctor down and kill him for snitching.
