Isabel Ruiz is a recurring character in Season 1 and Season 2 of Power. She is Carlos Ruiz's daughter.

Season 1[]
Isabel meets Nomar when he visits her house and they quickly begin a secret relationship. Just before Nomar says he is about to disappear for a couple of days, he sends Isabel a picture of his penis just as her father snatched her phone and finds out about the relationship. Ruiz agreed to offer support to Tommy Egan, in exchange for dealing with Nomar. As a result, Tommy then follows Nomar and kills him.
Season 2[]
AUSA Angela Valdes sits with Isabel in a cafe and tells her that Carlos Ruiz didn't kill Nomar, but it was instead a White Male. Isabel is upset about Nomar's death and Angela shows her a half-completed drawing of the suspect.
