Judge Tapper was a minor character in Seasons 4 and 6 of Power.
Season 4
He was the judge in charge of Ghost's case regarding the murder of Greg Knox. He dismissed the charges against Ghost because of the prosecution's poor lapses in judgement and Angela Valdez going on the stand.
Season 6
He appeared again in No One Can Stop Me, saying that if law enforcement were trying to arrest Ghost again they must have hardcore evidence as he was sent home only recently. Jacob Warner later tells Judge Tapper that they have a witness to a murder that Ghost committed and he agrees to expedite an arrest.
