Power Universe Wiki

This page is considered an official policy on the Power Universe Wiki.
It has wide acceptance among editors and is considered a standard that everyone should follow.

  • Follow Fandom’s Terms of Use. The Terms of Use apply to all wikis on Fandom, and all members should comply with them first and foremost. Not following them may result in a global block, meaning a block in every wiki on Fandom, meaning a block in the entirety of the platform. It is highly recommended that users fully read the Terms of Use.
  • Users must be civil in every interaction, and strictly follow the code of conduct. The code of conduct lists the appropriate behavior each contributor must observe to keep the wiki a safe, stress-free environment for all its users. Incivility, meaning not being civil, is behavior that does the opposite and instills unproductivity and stress within its users. Examples of violations of this rule include but are not limited to personal attacks, harassment, disruptive editing, and trolling.
  • Contributions to the wiki must be in line with the established processes and conventions. For example, users should follow the established guidelines to retain the quality and consistency of the wiki.
  • Do not upload copyrighted material, unless its usage falls under Fair Use. Read this to learn more. When uploading images, users must pick a licensing information that applies to the image uploaded to serve as a rationale for its use in the wiki. The user is shown an option to choose licensing information when uploading an image. Read this article for more details.
  • Do not plagiarize from other sources.
  • All content should be related to the Power Universe and the people (cast, crew, etc.) behind it. Off-topic articles and discussions are not allowed and will be removed immediately. However, non-Power Universe topics that users relate to the Power Universe in their discussions are not off-topic.
  • Articles with or about fanfiction or theories are not permitted. Theories are only allowed on discussions and blog posts.
  • Spreading disinformation in the wiki, such as putting them on articles, is prohibited. Editors cannot just make up things and put them in articles. In a case where there’s unintentional spreading of false information (misinformation), only a warning is given as long as the user does not have a consistent pattern of spreading false info, and is not being disruptive.
  • All information included on the wiki must be verifiable. Therefore, sources must be referenced.
  • Profanity IS allowed, so you can swear and curse as much as you want as long as it doesn’t violate Fandom’s Terms of Use and the wiki’s Code of Conduct.
    • This means that slurs are prohibited, even in quotations, as their usage violates Fandom's Terms of Use.
      • As per Fandom's Offensive Terms Policy, heavily censored versions of the "n-word, c-word, f-word, and r-word" are allowed in quotations.
  • Do not post links to pirated/stolen content. This includes leaks.
  • No spamming and no self-promotion.
  • Only upload media from official and/or reliable sources.

Spoiler policies

  • This wiki is not spoiler-free. Therefore, spoilers from released episodes are allowed unmarked on the wiki.
  • Spoilers from future unreleased episodes are allowed as long as they are from official sources and are marked and hidden with the Future spoilers template. Editors should mark spoilers with the aforementioned template to avoid readers being spoiled. A guide on how to use it is available on the template page itself. Examples of spoilers for future episodes from official sources include episode synopses and character descriptions. Editors who want to avoid them can either use their browser’s Find function to look for the section with the Future spoilers template in the page’s source code, or see if the article has the warning.
  • Leaks are not allowed. Any leaks will be removed.
