Rodolfo is a minor character in Power.

He is introduced by Jason as a drug dealer from California, and Jason tells Tommy that he may send him to California to work with Rodolfo.

Season 1
Although not visibly present, Rodolfo's voice is heard through phone calls with Tommy in A Short Fuse and a Long Memory, Rodolfo asks Tommy where he is since he should have been in California yesterday. After Tommy starts to enjoy being in Chicago he tells Rodolfo that he has decided not to work with him in California.
