Synopsis[]
Official synopsis from
New alliances have been formed with each faction and Tariq and Brayden must find a way back into the game. But Brayden starts flirting with a new, reckless lifestyle, leaving Tariq to wonder if there really is room for two at the top. With Monet left for dead, Davis facing potential disbarment, and Effie looking to secure her future at Stanford, everyone’s on their own. Diana and Dru continue to question their roles while Cane levels up and starts working with Noma. As Noma is fighting to establish her business in the States and keep her daughter Anya in line, she finds her way on Tariq and Brayden’s radar. With the fate of his future in the game and his family at the forefront, Tariq must reconcile his past to rise to the top of the food chain and become who he needs to be to protect those he loves most.[1]
Part 2[]
Part one of “Power Book II: Ghost” uncovered unanswered high-stakes questions. Part two of the final season will showcase the adage “Like father, Like son.” Tariq finds himself in an eerily similar situation, just like his late father, Ghost, stuck between a rock and a hard place, with the choice to leave the game or take over. Entrapped by Detective Carter, the Tejada family realizes their safety is not guaranteed. Monet fiercely fights for her family to become whole again, but is it too late? Noma is working her way to the top of the food chain. Meanwhile, her daughter, Anya, gets too close to the game, forcing Noma to think twice about her actions.[2][3]

Trivia[]
- The poster for this season parallels the poster for Power's third season.
- Ghost's Season 4 poster continues the immolation depicted in Power's Season 3 poster, with the fire caused by James's match noticeably having incinerated more of the poster.
- Ghost's Season 4 parallels Power's third season as well as the sixth season.[needs explanation]
- Dru, Diana, and Effie are noticeably missing from the Part 2 ensemble cast poster with the tagline "No One is Safe".
- The cast was uninformed during filming about Season 4 being Ghost's final season.[4]
- Ghost Executive Producer Mark Canton teased an impressive ending for the series, and that the audience can expect an "actual end" with them having felt like the series had a "beginning, middle, and end."[5]
- Brayden, Dru, Diana, and Effie are the only characters whose descriptions mention moments that occur in the latter half of the season.
- Parallels exist between a few characters' official images.
- Dru's image mirrors Detective Carter's, possibly signifying their alliance.
- Diana's image parallels Monet's, relating to her Season 4 description of her transformation into her mother. Notably, their Season 3 character images also mirror each other.
- Dru is the only character not wearing all black in the Season 4 character images. Perhaps this indicates that he is the only character to fully get away from the game.
