AUSA Stacy Marks is a character in Power Book IV: Force. She is an Assistant US Attorney in the Chicago Police Force and serves a minor character in Season 1 and one of the main antagonists in Season 2.

Rowena Kala and Edgar Vargas are filling her in on recent murders in Chicago including Irish Mob Members. Kala says that she thinks Tommy is behind the murders, but neither she nor Stacy Marks know who he is yet, they only have a picture of him which Kala shows to Marks.
