Theo Rollins was Davis MacLean' sick brother who went to jail after he took the blame for a crime that Davis committed so he could have a bright future. With Cooper Saxe's help, Davis managed to get him out of jail and Theo continued his treatments for his cancer. But when he learned that it wasn't working and that he had only a month to live left, he decided to help his brother one last time by eliminating Cooper Saxe, who betrayed him by killing him. After that, Theo Rollins kills himself with a shot in his head.
Theo Rollins is a minor character in the second season of Power Book II: Ghost and a recurring character in its third season. He is portrayed by Reggie "Redman" Noble in the second season and is replaced by Jordan Mahone in season 3.
