An unidentified inmate is an inmate in the Manhattan Correctional Centre and a minor character in Power. Dre takes his dessert from him and pours it on his head to try to avoid being killed by 2-Bit and Spanky. He then beats up Dre, which leads to Dre getting a week in the box.
